Chauncey Solinger is the most available candidate on the ballot for the August 14th primary election in Lee County, Florida for the District 76 House seat. Florida's legislature serves part time, 60 days per year. This means the House members must have other means of income and employment throughout the remainder of the year.
Of the other two candidates running, one is a full time employee at a local college. The other lives an hour outside the district and must oversee over 100 workers operating under government contracts outside the district. How available are these two candidates going to be to our community for the ten months out of the year that they're not paid by the state to work in Tallahassee? Solinger is the only candidate who as a business owner has the ability and family support to be available year round to the needs of Floridians.
